TESOLLO

Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 22, 2026

Tesollo Inc. ("Tesollo", "we", "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting personal data processed through the website https://future.tesollo.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the rights available to you. It is prepared in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea (PIPA) and, where applicable to individuals in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Nature of the Site and Single Point of Collection
The Site is a product information and corporate communications website presenting Tesollo's multi-jointed robotic grippers and robot hands (Delto Gripper and Delto Solution product lines). The Site does not offer user registration, member accounts, online payment or e-commerce functions, and we do not collect personal data for such purposes. The only point at which personal data is collected through the Site is the contact inquiry form, and collection occurs solely when you voluntarily complete and submit that form.

2. Personal Data We Collect
Through the contact inquiry form we collect the following categories of data.

  • Required: inquiry type, name, company name, email address, telephone number, and the content of your inquiry.

  • Optional: department or job title, inquiry subject line, and file attachments.

  • Automatically generated: IP address, access date and time, browser and device information, processed for security and spam prevention.

Optional fields may be left blank without affecting our ability to respond. Please do not include sensitive personal data or confidential third-party information in attachments.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases for Processing
We process your personal data to identify and respond to product, technical, quotation, partnership and other business inquiries; to conduct follow-up consultation and provide technical support; to maintain a record of inquiries for reference and dispute resolution; and to block automated or abusive submissions so that the Site operates reliably. Under the GDPR, our legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) where processing is necessary to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and Article 6(1)(f) legitimate interests in responding to business inquiries, maintaining business records and securing our infrastructure. Where consent is the applicable basis under PIPA, submission of the inquiry form constitutes your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. We do not use your data for marketing communications, profiling or automated decision-making producing legal effects.

4. Retention and Erasure
We retain inquiry records for three (3) years from completion of handling, after which they are deleted without undue delay. Where a longer retention period is required by applicable law, we retain the data only for the period prescribed by that law. If you request erasure, we will delete the relevant data promptly unless a statutory retention obligation applies. Electronic records are deleted by technical means that render them irrecoverable, and any printed records are shredded or incinerated.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties
As a matter of principle, we do not disclose personal data to third parties. Disclosure occurs only where you have given prior consent, or where required by law or pursuant to a lawful request from an investigative or supervisory authority following the procedures prescribed by law. We never sell, rent or otherwise make personal data available to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

6. Processors Engaged by Tesollo
We engage the following service providers as processors to operate the inquiry function and the Site infrastructure.

  • Mailgun Technologies, Inc. — transactional email delivery of submitted inquiries.

  • Cloudflare, Inc. — bot and spam mitigation (Cloudflare Turnstile), content delivery and static asset hosting (R2/CDN), and network security.

  • Amazon Web Services, Inc. — hosting of web servers and databases.

  • Hiworks (BusinessOn Communication Co., Ltd.) — corporate mail server operation, receipt and storage of inquiry emails.

Each processor acts only on our documented instructions under a written data processing agreement containing confidentiality and security obligations, and we supervise their compliance. This Policy will be updated if the processors or the scope of entrusted work changes.

7. International Transfers of Personal Data
Our servers and certain processors are located outside the Republic of Korea, principally in the United States, so personal data submitted through the Site is transferred abroad. The data transferred consists of the items listed in Section 2; the transfer occurs by electronic transmission at the moment you submit the inquiry form. The recipients are Amazon Web Services, Inc. (United States; [email protected]), Cloudflare, Inc. (United States; [email protected]) and Mailgun Technologies, Inc. (United States; [email protected]), each processing the data for the purposes described in Section 6 and for the retention period stated in Section 4. For transfers from the EEA or the UK, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, together with the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where relevant, as incorporated into our agreements with these providers. You may refuse the international transfer of your personal data; because the inquiry form cannot function without it, please contact us directly at [email protected] in that case.

8. Your Rights
You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, suspension or restriction of processing, and withdrawal of consent, and under the GDPR you additionally have the rights to data portability and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Requests may be submitted in writing or by email to [email protected] and we will respond without undue delay and in any event within the period required by applicable law. Where you request rectification, we will not use or disclose the data in question until the correction is complete. Requests may be made through a legal representative or duly authorised agent upon submission of a valid letter of authority.

9. Cookies
We use a minimal set of cookies that are strictly necessary to maintain your session and to allow the Site to function correctly. We do not use advertising identifiers, behavioural tracking cookies or cross-site marketing analytics, and we do not share cookie data with third parties for advertising. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings, although some parts of the Site may then not work as intended. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical signals to distinguish human visitors from automated traffic; it is designed not to build advertising profiles.

10. Security Measures
We maintain an internal management plan for personal data protection, limit the number of staff authorised to handle personal data, and provide periodic training. Technical safeguards include access control and privilege management for systems processing personal data, encryption of data in transit using TLS, and installation and regular review of security software. Physical safeguards include controlled access to areas where records are stored. No method of transmission or storage is entirely secure, but we review these measures regularly and improve them as needed.

11. Data Protection Contact
Tesollo has designated a person responsible for personal data protection who oversees processing activities and handles complaints and remedies relating to personal data.

  • Personal Information Protection Officer: Head of Management Support Team

  • Email: [email protected]

  • Address: 26F, Post Tower, 165 Convensia-daero, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon 21998, Republic of Korea

You may direct any question, complaint or request concerning personal data processed by Tesollo to the contact above.

12. Complaints and Changes to This Policy
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Dispute Mediation Committee (+82-1833-6972) or the Korea Internet & Security Agency Privacy Report Centre (118) in Korea, or, if you are in the EEA or the UK, with your local supervisory authority. This Policy applies from the effective date stated above. If we add to, delete or amend this Policy in response to changes in law or in our practices, we will announce the change on the Site at least seven (7) days before it takes effect, and at least thirty (30) days in advance where the change materially affects your rights.
