TESOLLO

Terms of Service

Effective date: July 22, 2026

1. Purpose
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website https://future.tesollo.com (the "Site") operated by Tesollo Inc. ("Tesollo", "we", "us"), and set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of Tesollo and of visitors to the Site. The Site is a product information and corporate communications website presenting Tesollo's multi-jointed robotic grippers and robot hands. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms; if you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site.

2. Definitions
The following definitions apply throughout these Terms.

  • "Site" means https://future.tesollo.com and all of its pages and sub-pages operated by Tesollo.

  • "User" means any person who accesses the Site and uses the information and materials made available by Tesollo under these Terms.

  • "Content" means all text, images, video, drawings, technical documentation, software, designs, trademarks and logos published on the Site.

  • "Downloadable Materials" means product manuals, datasheets, CAD files, catalogues and similar files distributed by Tesollo through the Site.

3. Effect and Amendment of These Terms
These Terms take effect when posted on the Site. Tesollo may amend these Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, and will publish the amended version on the Site together with the effective date and the reason for the change at least seven (7) days before it applies. Where an amendment is unfavourable to Users, notice will be given at least thirty (30) days in advance. Continued use of the Site after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.

4. Use of the Site
The Site exists to provide product information and to receive inquiries; it offers no user registration, no member accounts, no online payment and no e-commerce functionality. You may browse the Site without registering and may submit an inquiry through the contact form. Specific terms for purchase, quotation, delivery, warranty and technical support are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement between Tesollo and the customer, and nothing published on the Site constitutes a binding offer. Tesollo may suspend the Site temporarily for maintenance, equipment repair, network failure, force majeure or similar reasons.

5. Intellectual Property
All copyright and other intellectual property rights in the Content belong to Tesollo or to the respective rights holders. "TESOLLO", "Delto Gripper", "Delto Solution" and the product designations DG-1F, DG-2F, DG-3F-B, DG-3F-M, DG-4F, DG-5F-M, DG-5F-S, DG-C, DS-PICK, DS-PAL and DS-Dual Arm, together with the Tesollo logo, are trademarks or service marks of Tesollo. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, publish, create derivative works from or commercially exploit any Content without Tesollo's prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants any express or implied licence to Tesollo's intellectual property.

6. Prohibited Conduct
When using the Site you must not engage in any of the following.

  • Collecting or storing Content by automated means such as crawlers, scrapers or bots without Tesollo's prior consent.

  • Redistributing, reselling or transferring Content or Downloadable Materials to third parties without authorisation.

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling, or attempting to do so, any product, software or technical documentation of Tesollo.

  • Interfering with the normal operation of the Site or placing an excessive load on its servers or network.

  • Submitting inquiries using another person's identity or false information, or repeatedly sending unsolicited or spam inquiries.

  • Infringing the intellectual property, reputation or other rights of Tesollo or any third party.

7. Accuracy of Product Information and Disclaimer
Tesollo makes reasonable efforts to ensure that specifications, performance figures, images and technical information published on the Site are accurate. Specifications and performance are nevertheless subject to change without prior notice as products are improved, and published figures are reference values measured under defined test conditions that do not guarantee performance in any particular application. The Site may contain typographical errors, omissions or outdated information; Users must confirm current specifications with Tesollo before purchase or design integration. Information on the Site must not be used as the sole basis for any safety-related determination.

8. Conditions of Use for Downloadable Materials
Product manuals, datasheets, CAD files and other Downloadable Materials are provided solely for evaluating, designing with and operating Tesollo products. You may not modify, redistribute or commercially sell Downloadable Materials, nor use them for purposes unrelated to Tesollo products. CAD files are provided for geometric reference and design review only; they are not manufacturing drawings, and Tesollo gives no warranty as to dimensional accuracy or tolerances. Tesollo may update or discontinue Downloadable Materials at any time without prior notice.

9. Third-Party Links
The Site may contain links to websites operated by third parties. Tesollo has no control over, and accepts no responsibility for, the content, privacy practices or operation of such external sites. Your use of any linked site is governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy.

10. Limitation of Liability
Tesollo is not liable for any failure to make the Site available where this results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disaster, power failure, network disruption or malicious attack. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tesollo is not liable for loss arising from decisions or actions taken by a User in reliance on information published on the Site. In no event shall Tesollo be liable for indirect, special or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of data. Nothing in this Section excludes liability arising from Tesollo's wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any use of the Site are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Tesollo and the User shall first seek to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith consultation. If a dispute cannot be resolved and litigation is commenced, the Incheon District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
