Megazone and Tesollo Partner on Physical AI Education and Technology
- Joint development of hands-on training programs using AI robotic grippers

Megazone, the parent company of leading AI and cloud company MegazoneCloud (CEO: Donghoon Yum), is joining forces with Tesollo, a company specializing in AI-powered robotic grippers, to collaborate on Physical AI education and technology.
The two companies recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) for “Robotic Gripper and Hand Education and Technology Collaboration” at MegazoneCloud’s liaison office in Yeoksam-dong, Seoul.
The signing ceremony was attended by key executives from both companies, including Megazone Chairman Juwon Lee, Vice President Jaeseok Lee, Tesollo CEO Youngjin Kim, and CTO Wooseok Ryu.
Under the agreement, the two companies will jointly develop and operate practice-oriented training programs using Tesollo’s AI grippers and robotic hands.
Megazone will provide the training environment and operational support through its education center, while Tesollo will supply the AI grippers, robotic hands, and technical support required for the programs. Tesollo will also provide technical training for engineers involved in the development of training materials.
The two companies will also jointly build Physical AI technology references focused on robotic grasping and manipulation.
By integrating Tesollo’s robotic hand and gripper technologies with Megazone’s Physical AI platform, the companies plan to develop grasping and manipulation technologies optimized for a variety of working environments and further advance intelligent automation technologies.
A gripper is a key robotic end-effector that enables a robot to pick up, move, and manipulate objects. It is considered a critical component that significantly affects the performance of robotic automation across industries such as manufacturing, logistics, and services.
AI-powered grippers, in particular, are gaining attention as a core technology for intelligent automation because they use force sensors and grasping algorithms to adjust gripping force according to the shape of an object and the working environment, enabling stable task execution.
Tesollo specializes in multi-jointed robotic grippers capable of precise grasping and manipulation similar to the human hand.
Its product lineup includes the humanoid robotic hand “DG-5F-M,” featuring a five-finger structure similar to the human hand and 20 degrees of freedom (DoF). Each joint can be controlled independently, allowing the hand to flexibly grasp and manipulate objects of various shapes.
Megazone operates its own Physical AI platform, WISE (Work Intelligent for Spatial Execution), which is designed to generate, learn, and optimize robotic task motions.
WISE is an AI-based platform that generates and improves task motions for various robots, including robotic arms, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs), and humanoids, helping enhance automation efficiency in industrial environments.
Through this collaboration, the integration of WISE with AI gripper technology is expected to enable more precise robotic task execution and advanced automation.
Jaeseok Lee, Vice President of Megazone, said, “In the era of Physical AI, the importance of gripper technology—the end-effector that performs actual physical tasks—is increasing along with the intelligence of robots. By combining Megazone’s WISE platform with Tesollo’s AI gripper technology, we aim to cultivate hands-on professionals suited to industrial environments and help customers implement AI-based robotic automation more efficiently.”
Youngjin Kim, CEO of Tesollo, said, “We are pleased to expand the use of our AI gripper technology in both education and industrial environments through our collaboration with Megazone. By combining the technological capabilities of both companies, we will contribute to the expansion of the Physical AI-based robotics ecosystem.”
